Everyone may have fall on their minds but I’m over here like Summer isn’t over people! Therefore shoulders will continue to be bare in the land of the Sunshine State.
I wore this fun fiesta off the shoulder dress while I was in West Palm Beach and it was the perfect ‘fit for frolicking for ice cream at Sloan’s Homemade Luxury Ice Cream.
