How do you wear a tulle skirt without looking absolutely ridiculous?
The key is to find one that doesn’t have too much poofiness. Less layers means you’re less likely to be mistake for costume character.
This one is absolutely perfect and the tiny dance 3D appliqués are just the touch of texture play without being overwhelming.
