What is old is new again – and in fashion that statement is so truer than most designer bags.
It seems as if the 90’s fashion trend is sticking around for awhile.
The thing with trends is to not look completely ridiculous trying to wear something that is totally not you.
You don’t want to end up looking like a toss salad of trends because you’re doing way to much at once.
Don’t fret. It is possible to be trendy without looking like you’re wearing a costume.
You just have to pick and choose one thing and focus on executing it well.
Oversized everything was really big in the 90’s so I used this embellished denim shirt as the star of my 90’s inspired ensemble.
I remember wearing one all the time when I was a kid. It would go with everything and the same is true to day.
Whether you paired it with more denim via jeans, tucked in with a skirt or wore them over leggings – you got so much wear out of this handy dandy top.
I paired mine with a pale pink jegging pant – a true ode to my 90’s kid self.
